The Beauty of Joseon Bubble Toner comes in a light-green-toned bottle that has a pump applicator. This applicator definitely makes the application more comfortable and easy. I personally think the design of this bottle reminds me of Green Plums. And this toner has a very unique consistency.

As soon as I pump out the toner, it turns into foam. And this is what makes my cleansing experience super fun. I have actually never used a foam toner before so this is an entirely new thing for me. Also, this toner does not have a strong scent, so I rarely notice it.

Even though the Beauty of Joseon Bubble Toner foams up at first, once you pat it into your skin, it turns back into its original liquid form. This toner is very lightweight and runny, similar to water so it absorbs really fast and easily. For the best absorption, I usually pat or press the toner into my skin.

Soothing Exfoliation

I don’t need to use a cotton pad to apply the Beauty of Joseon Bubble Toner since that would just waste the product. Applying it with my hands feels more gentle and more soothing. And it’s easy to get the right amount of toner since it pumps out exactly how much is needed to cover my entire face.

This toner feels great on my skin but I do feel a slight tingling sensation, which fades away. I think that’s because there’s some chemical exfoliation going on. My skin feels relieved afterward since this toner provides me with calming and hydrating benefits.
