This mask comes with 2 packages inside the cup and all you have to do is mix them together and shake them well. The booster has a funny texture, it is a little bit watery but also powdery and chunky. Of course, it’s very important to be careful when mixing the products together, since it can be messy.
I only pour out as much as I need and once it’s out you need to use it immediately. I usually use half of each packet and save the rest for later use. Keep in mind that, if you wait too long it turns into a hard texture to work with. Sometimes I like to use the whole mask for me and my boyfriend.
Cooling Fluffy Cloud
The Dr. Jart Shake & Shot Purifying Mask turns into a foam so the mask applies like a cute fluffy cloud. It provides me with a nice cooling sensation, which makes it extra calming. The whole process is fun and once it’s time to peel, the mask turns into a jelly rubber-like texture.
I personally like to keep this mask on for 15 to 20 minutes. And my favorite part is peeling off the mask since it’s super satisfying. It comes off as a whole mask, so you can actually see your face modeling in the mask. The leftover product takes a little bit of time to fully absorb but that’s no problem.
