A good cleanser is hard to come by when most of them overly dry my skin. The Innisfree Hydrating Cleansing Foam is a cleanser that I have heard about before, which makes it the perfect review product. This will be my first time experience with this product and I will give my honest opinion. Let’s get started with my Innisfree Hydrating Cleansing Foam review.

Fresh Citrusy Scent

The Innisfree Hydrating Cleansing Foam comes in a 150ml fern green tube. The tube has a white lid that clicks open. This design reminds me of the forest and feels very natural. I always like a good natural-feeling product.

The amount of product that you get with the packaging is great so I know it will last me a long time. It has quite a noticeable citrus scent that smells very fresh. I can say that it may be too much for those who are sensitive to fragrance.

Foams Up Great

The consistency of the Innisfree Hydrating Cleansing Foam is quite normal in my opinion. It’s not very different from any other cleansers I have tried. The cleanser is thick but remains light on the skin, which makes sense since it turns into foam.

I only need to use a little bit of the product for it to cleanse my entire face. A little goes a very long way with the Hydrating Cleansing Foam. It foams up very easily and fast and the amount of foam I get with this is amazing.

Removes Everything In One Go

I use the Innisfree Hydrating Cleansing Foam usually in the morning since it preps my skin best for my morning routine. The cleanser works best on already wet skin rather than damp or dry. The face needs to be wet for it to turn extra foamy.

The Hydrating Cleansing Foam takes off absolutely everything on my face. I never need to go in with another cleanser or wash my face for the second time. It removes all makeup, sweat, and oil, including all the skincare products I used the night before.

Squeaky Clean and Refreshed

After rinsing off the Innisfree Hydrating Cleansing Foam, I always feel squeaky clean. Almost like I have used a gentle bar of soap to clean my face. The good thing is that it doesn’t make my skin feel overly tight like many other cleansers often do.

I feel like this cleanser deeply cleans my face without it being overly drying. That being said, the Hydrating Cleansing Foam is too drying for very dry skin in my opinion. This is definitely not hydrating like it claims to be, which I expected, to be honest.

Every time I am done cleansing my face, I need to add some moisturizer because otherwise, my skin is too dry. However, the Innisfree Hydrating Cleansing Foam is perfect for my oily areas. That leads me to believe this cleanser is more for oily skin types.

The Hydrating Cleansing Foam is super refreshing on my skin, especially because of the citrusy scent. It makes me feel refreshed and super clean.

Oil-Free and No Acne

My skin looks bright and has a glow in the morning after using the Innisfree Hydrating Cleansing Foam. This leaves my skin oil-free, which is great since my skin gets oily during the day. My oily areas are better controlled and my skin looks great.

I can see an improvement in my skin texture, it is soft to the touch and smoother. My face stays clear from blemishes because the Hydrating Cleansing Foam prevents my outbreaks really well. I haven’t experienced any pimples or acne on my face.

I feel that the Innisfree Hydrating Cleansing Foam balances my skin and keeps it in good shape.

Refreshing Green Tea Cleanser

I believe the Innisfree Hydrating Cleansing Foam is great for acne-prone and oily skin types. I recommend it to anyone who wants a simple oil-controlling Green Tea cleanser. This cleanser is simple to use, refreshing, and isn’t harsh on the skin.

The price is great for the amount of product you get from the packaging and it lasts a long time. The Hydrating Cleansing Foam is not suited for sensitive or dry skin in my opinion, so keep that in mind. Even though the name has “Hydrating” in it, it doesn’t feel that hydrating on my skin.

Recommended Skin Types

The Innisfree Hydrating Cleansing Foam is recommended for normal, combination, acne-prone, and oily skin. The formula is made to be more gentle and non-drying but I would say that this is not for very dry skin. And for sensitive skin, It isn’t gentle enough so it may irritate the skin further.

The oil control feature on the Hydrating Cleansing Foam is great so definitely works for oily skin. It helps out with acne/blemishes and prevents outbreaks.
