A good hydrating cream is hard to find, especially for dry skin. The Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream has made some noise over the years and I am excited to give it a try. I am looking for a hydrating cream that doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy. Hopefully, this cream will be the right moisturizing cream for me. Let’s jump into my Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream review.
Thicker Cream With a Fresh Scent
The Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream comes in a sky-blue glass cream jar that looks tiny and fits pretty much everywhere. I personally love the design since it reminds me of the beautiful sky during the daytime. The colors complement each other beautifully and it looks fresh overall.
This cream has a very pleasant consistency, it feels like a thicker cream and isn’t watery at all. I don’t need to use a lot of this moisturizer to hydrate my face. A little bit goes a long way so I usually use a pea-sized amount. It has a pretty light fresh scent that is not overpowering at all.
To be honest, the Water Bank Cream smells similar to a Rainforest, and that makes me feel relaxed. I have personally not experienced any kind of irritation to the Fragrance.
Lightweight and Easily-Absorbed
The Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream is easy to apply since it glides on perfectly. This cream is actually very lightweight and absorbs into my skin like a dream. My skin somehow eats it up and that makes it different from any other creams I have tried.
My favorite part is that it doesn’t just sit on top of my skin like most drugstore creams. It hydrates my skin and keeps it feeling nourished and soft. I barely notice it on my skin since it’s not heavy at all. It doesn’t leave any weird residue on my face, which means my skin is not greasy afterward.
The Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream delivers long-lasting hydration without the oily feel. My skin feels amazing and looks more even-toned, especially in the morning after using the cream. I don’t have to reapply this cream in the morning because the hydration lasts all day long for me.
I noticed a huge difference after using this cream and it took me only 3 days to notice it. My skin was looking softer and was producing less sebum. Nowadays I wake up with smooth, hydrated, and even-toned skin. I am not used to having such great textured skin.
The Laneige Water Bank Cream also feels great under makeup. I no longer get those flaky patches that get highlighted with makeup. My foundation looks smooth and less cakey when applied.
Perfect Cream for Dry Skin
The Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream has made my skin the happiest it has ever been. I am so impressed with my skin and want to keep touching my face. Most creams make my skin more shiny and greasy but this cream does not. And it somehow makes my dullness disappear.
This cream keeps my skin moisturized for a long time and has cleared up my dry patches. I recommend it to everyone who struggles with dry areas and overall dry skin. My skin has actually never been this smooth or soft.
